About: Basildon University Hospital / Urology

I would like to say how grateful and pleased I am with the service received from Basildon and Thurrock Hospital Trust and my GP at Hassengate Surgery, this service could not have been bettered if I had private insurance.

From an initial decision by my GP to carry out tests resulting in consultant appointments, scans, MRI's, biopsies and final consultation advising of the diagnosis, all within a matter of weeks which is amazing considering the criticisms against the NHS in general. Thankfully, I have received this standard of treatment at the three important times it has been required in the last five years.

I personally, cannot speak highly enough regarding the treatment I have received.
