I rang up twice lately for my son, I called the first time around 10am has I got a phone call to pick him from school he came out in a rash all over his face and had stomach pains when I got through I got told there were no appointments to call the walk in which I did. Then the following day his lips started to swell has the day went on I called again just to get told a straight NO for an appointment to call 111. I'm so disappointed in the service no one even offered to take my number for a cancellation. I really don't want to change doctors hasyself and family have been patients for many years but it's really making me think too.
