"No respect."

Phoned up today to ask if a nurse could come out to see my partner who has not been to well as he has had the flu and a bad chesty cough , and because he has to have inr tests every two weeks for his heart condition , and as he is still feeling under the weather and when he stands up he feels light headed and dizzy ,he thought it would be easier. But all I got back from the receptionist was the won’t come out as he is not housebound, so maybe he could get a taxi. What part of light headed and dizzy she not understand , thinking of maybe changing doctors, as this place is going downhill
