"Fantastic Service"

i have been attending the REI for over 50 years and I can honestly say that my experience yesterday was the best yet

my appointment was at 1.45 on February 7th and in telling you this hopefully you can locate the staff that I had dealings with

Right from the very kind gentleman on reception who organized a Taxi for me when I had finished to the Technical staff who worked the machines to the lovely nurses and last but by no means least the lovely Doctor who I saw in room 7( so sorryI cannot remember his name!}

Although I have been attending for a many years this does not mean that my anxiety is any the less and I am always glad when someone says all is well

I felt able to talk to the Doctor I saw and he was very kind and explained a few things during the consultation which put my mind at rest

Well done everyone I would like to think that this feedback could be passed on
