"Pregnancy placenta low"

About: Royal Oldham Hospital / Maternity

(as the patient),

I  am now on the antenatal ward I have been on labour ward too. I was bleeding having contractions and was given pain relief. The contractions are not as bad and the bleeding has stopped

The midwives have been really good checking on me lots and observing me

The Drs have been very confusing telling me one thing then doing another

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience of the Antenatal and Labour Ward. I am glad to hear that you have felt well supported by the midwives. This is because we always aim to provide safe and compassionate care for our women. Please accept our apologies for any distress that was caused as a result of the communication between you and the doctors. I am more than happy to look into your concerns further. Please email me directly at:

Once again thank you.
