About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

I attend the hospital oncology outpatient department every 3months. I have to praise the staff as the nurses are very helpful and excellent at putting you at ease. My last appointment was very disappointing. I left feeling like I was a hypochondriac and had not been listened to. My notes had not been updated and there was a lack of communication . I have been attending for the past 5 years and I certainly do not make up symptoms or cause a fuss. I have a serious illness not a cough and cold so being taken seriously is not too much to expect from a doctor.
