"Terrible attitude of staff no duty of care"

About: Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital

My elderly (91) nan was sent to cramlington after a fall last night .....where do I start the hospital is a disgrace ... she was treated appallingly no duty of care whatsoever from the staff she was not given a drink at all I had to get her one she didn't have an pillows so I had to roll a blanket up for her no one came in the whole 3 hrs to see if she was ok and if she needed more pain relief for her suspected broken hip ....No communication from ANY staff at all she eventually had an x-ray at 9 pm and this morning still no doctor has been to see her no xkye if it's broken we had to leave her there at 11 pm in a dirty room on a&e as my dad had to be up early for work this morning it was heatbreaking to think she was stuck in that room with no care overnight ! Called this morning got hung up on finally told she was being moved to ward however still no one has seen her x-ray!!!!!! 14 hrs later this is disgusting ...I feel the staff are extremely rude and lack any sense of care at all these are human beings that you great with such an inhuman attitude I am very upset and angry she's 91 years old how can you show so little respect !
