"Gastroentology out patients appointment"

I saw a Doctor in the Gastroenterology out patients dept in August 2017. He said he would like to see me again in 6months and an appointment was made for 26th February 2018. Yesterday I received a letter changing my appointment to 30th JULY exactly 11 months after my last appointment. Naturally I assumed there was a typing error and the wrong month had been entered. But when I phoned the Hospital this morning I was informed that this is indeed the correct date. Apparently they have no Doctors for that Clinic so have simply moved all the patients to the next available Clinic FIVE months later. Well done St Hillier !!!!
