(as a relative),

My partner recently underwent cardiac surgery followed by 9 days post op care  (mainly on Alex ward). 

The care my partner received and support that I was given was quite honestly outstanding. I am a registered nurse myself and have therefore worked in a variety of hospitals ( good and bad!). The Brompton in both our opinion is faultless and is a credit to the NHS;

- All staff; outstanding.  

- Food; amazing.  

- Cleanliness; superb. 

The Royal Brompton is truly GOLD STANDARD from admission to discharge !!

Our aim is for all our patients to receive the best possible specialist treatment for their heart and lung condition in a clean, safe place.. We are also delighted to hear that your husband enjoyed his meals during his stay! We wish you both all the best for the future.
