"Genuine, caring, hard working people"

About: St Vincent's Hospital

(as a relative),

My Grandad died at this hospital on Saturday. The nursing staff who cared for him in the weeks leading up to his death were exceptional. Genuine, caring, hard working people who couldn't do enough for him and us, his family. Thank you to all the staff who helped him to maintain his dignity, supported the family and went over and above in every way. You are all amazing!

Dear Mods

It's tough when you lose a loved one but thank you for your lovely posting. To know that your granddad was able to,maintain his dignity and that you all felt supported is really important. Now you must support each other through the coming days, weeks and months as you adjust to life without your granddad.

I will happily pass on your feed-back to staff.

Take care
