What I liked

The walk in emergency eye clinic worked well. Total time at the hospital was under 2 hours. The staff were friendly and helpful and fully answered all our questions.

What could be improved

Signage was poor, and we only found put where to go by first phoning for directions and then asking people on site. It was not clear what the opening times were. There was no I formation on the NHS or hospital web site
