"Outstanding service and staff"

I could not believe how friendly, approachable and helpful all the staff were at this hospital. When I first arrived through the rear entrance of the hospital I had no idea where to go for my appointment. Without being asked a porter came out of the office and offered help. The same helpful and friendly service was provided by the reception staff who 'booked me in', the nurses who took my blood pressure, weight etc, the staff in the X Ray department and the consultant who was one of the nicest, most polite and 'down to earth' consultants I have ever met (and I have met many throughout the previous years of looking after mine and my husbands elderly parents). This was my first appointment and as Halton Hospital could see me before Warrington Hospital I decided to attend here and then ask for future appointments at Warrington however I was so impressed I am hoping I can continue to be treated at Halton.
