I had to go back to Barlborough for an assessment on my hip operation 4 weeks ago,it was causing me concern. I had nothing to worry about as the nurse was brilliant and a quick visit by another specialist a Mr Springer who was brilliant and professional, he supported the nurse on how I am getting on prior to my official 6 week checkup in 2 weeks.
The nurse I wish you to pass on my compliments was Samantha, she is a real professional, polite friendly with great people skills and extremely knowledgeable in her work making one feel at ease!! (that is if you do pass on compliments, I know some places do not) And as important but works behind the scenes the main office for surgery appointments all staff ore lovely but especially a lady named Nicky please let her know as well..
