"Plenty provision for asking questions."

About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

All aspects of care were more than acceptable, from booking in to discharge.

The senior nurses, endoscopist and consultant all went about their business professionally and with the right amount of humour to put me at ease.

The procedure and its possible affects were described in detail with plenty provision for asking questions.

No issues with any aspect of this service.

Dear martymole

Thank you for sharing your feedback of your recent endoscopy experience.

It's heartening to read that all aspects of your care were good from booking to discharge and that our staff were professional and informative.

I will share your post with our staff who will be grateful that you took the time to post.

I hope that you have recovered well.

Kind regards

Gill
