"Frustrated and sad"

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Adult Mental Health Services - Community (County)

(as a service user),

The complaint process is slow,not transparent and focuses on the people who delivered care and not on me the patient. I am shocked that I have to post this comment as I worked for the NHS for over 25 years.

I struggle daily now to find any purpose and I should in fact be grieving for my lost sister.

No more words can adequately encompass my frustration and sadness and loss. Not to mention feeling worthless and let down by the NHS.
