"Maidstone clinic is terrible worst experience ever"

So I had an appointment at half 9 me and my partner sat there for an hour watch In people come in and be seen before us, when I went and asked why I hadn't been called yet the reception lady said they have your papers now, so i get called after another 15 mins so after nearly an hour and a half of waiting and watching everyone else just to go I there and they have written someone else's scan details and all there details on my paper work, so I have bloods and blood pressure and get told to go wait again for a scan as there's been a mix up not quite sure how as I doubt Anyone has the same name and date of birth as me, i get called and go for a scan and the as the first women didn't write my blood pressure or my blood details down I no have to hAve them done again get told to go wait outside again so after 2hours I finally go back to the first women that called me And take am the pills in one go and off i go back home, didn't have much pain or bleeding but feel I have something stuck in my cervix so ring the helpline up 48hrs later and the nurse said if it hasnt come out in 24 hrs to ring back up well we went away the weekend with the kids so didn't ring back till 5 days later so basically had had this stuck for a week now ring helpline back up and speak to the nurse explain again and what the last nurse had said and this nurse said I need to be seen asap and has flagged it up on the system to maidtone that this is urgent and need to be seen u a few days as I'm now prone to infection may I add the helpline is amazing and I can't fault that at all so friendly and helpful and are trying there best to help anyway she told me if here back from them either later today or early in the morning as this nurse had stressed how urgent this is and it cannot ask until there next available appointment in a week's time. Well Its been 24hrs since iv spoken to that nurse who said they will ring later that day or in the morning and guess what i still havent heard from them even though this has been made urgent by a nurse so I have had to ring them back up and they haven't even read the emails yet so will ring me back when the have..... is this place a joke or what if any of the marie stopes was to get closed down I'm surprised its not the maidstone clinic its put a bad name on the whole marie stopes
