I have recently had sessions of low intensity CBT.
I found the therapy extremely helpful in ways to manage my anxieties on my own. I'm the type of person who worries a lot, about many different things, but recently with the support and guidance, from my therapist, Terry, I am now able to stop and really think. When I'm worrying, whether it's a practical worry I can do something about or a hypothetical one which I can not find a solution to, but would worry about it anyway. In doing this, I have found a different way of thinking and I am concentrating on the really important things, rather than the "what if's".
I have left my sessions feeling really empowered that I can take back control of my life, that I am not a failure and I can achieve the goals I set.
"Left the sessions feeling empowered"
