"Absolutely terrible"

My grandad is in care, he has cancer
No doctor in the ward for three hours
My grandad is not able to go to the toilet and they left him in his own bed for three hours
It’s actually disgusting
If you have a loved one do NOT let them stay there

I am very sorry to hear this. It sounds like your Grandad is still with us? If so, please contact the ward manager or matron for your area or the PALS team on 020 8967 5221 or LNWH-tr.ehPALS@nhs.net
Unfortunately I cannot tell where he is from this post so can't help.
