"First class!"

I went into Hammersmith at the start of the new year for a heart bypass. I was nervous as are the majority of patients but was soon put at ease by friendly but still very processional staff. I had visits from everyone that would be looking after me during my operation and everything was explained to me.

I also had the opportunity to ask my own questions. The care i received afterwards was amazing and i have nothing but gratitude to all staff concerned, nothing was to much trouble.

A very special thank you to the fantastic nurses on my ward-they really do earn there money and whatever that is it isn't enough!
