"Late for appt then told to wait"

I was seventeen minutes late for my appt having called ahead about my travel issues. I was told that this might mean I wouldn’t be seen but when I arrived was told I would be, so to take a seat and wait (with my baby).One full hour after this was told I would not be seen. The doctor thought I’d been too late.

I was hoping for a referral for counselling, and this upset me greatly. Also, I had to keep a bored baby entertained for an hour for no reason when I should have been told to go home. Very disappointed indeed.
