"Premium care and fast access"

I have been a patient at Mapperley Park Medical Centre for around 20 years, now.

In recent years I have had to visit quite frequently due to problems with recurrent chest infections and other medical issues.

I have always found my doctor to be very thorough and thoughtful in his care and attention to detail.

He listens to my own thoughts and concerns, and involves me in decisions.

I am particularly grateful for the morning drop-in access that is available.

It is very reassuring to know that I can be seen at very short notice, whenever a health issue arises.

I can put my name on the list and then go home until my turn comes up.

I don't know of any other GP practice where you can get seen the same day - without an appointment.

This is important to me, because I quite often need to be seen quickly. I also use the on-line service for repeat prescriptions, which is very convenient.
