"Mental health patient told to go home"

My partner was admitted to A&E after an overdose. He told them he wanted to kill him self so he was asssed by a Dr and the Raid team, he was told he had to stay in hospital and he would be transferred to a mental health ward for treatment. The ward staff did assessment and said he’s too high risk to leave the ward. Later on the Raid team and Dr nivision and L Towers came along and said your discharged. My partner told them he didn’t feal he could go home and that he wants to kill him self. Thy did another assessment and said to him you have to go home and go to an appointment tomorrow if you don’t you will be arrested and sectioned. He told them he has no way of getting to the appointment as he can’t go outside on his own and everyone is at work so he will be left alone all day. He said he sill need to go to hospital. But thy still made him go home.

He read part of the report that was open on the computer he there was lies in the report. Thy wrote he said he would be ok to go outside and walk to the appointment on his own. So to sum all this up. Thy have sent a mentally ill pationt home who said he wants and tries to kill himself by threatening him of being arrested.
