What I liked

I was very impressed with the treatment my 7 year old son recieved at the Minor injuries Unit at Southmead following a minor accident.

It was an efficient, friendly service with the Nurse and radiographer putting both my son and myself at ease.

We were well informed at every stage and the treatment was first class.

North Bristol Trust should be proud of this service and the staff that work in it.

What could be improved

Nothing.
