I have attended the orthodontic clinic twice now and both times I have found the receptionists,nurses and the consultant to be helpful, polite and informative.

There was a mix up with a MRI appointment but as soon as it was brought to the departments attention the appointment was made and the problem resolved.

I felt involved in the treatment plan and confident in the information I was given.
