What I liked

My 9 year old son came in with a damaged bone in his forearm. In under an hour we dealt with the paper work, saw a nurse practioner, had an x-ray, had a plaster fitted and were given a next day appointment at the fracture clinic. Everyone dealt with us with good humour, kindness and exemplary professionalism. You not only fixed the physical hurt but sent a small boy and an anxious father away very happy and reassured.
