(as a service user),

I am very happy with the support from Nicki and Inclusion, I have made very good progress. They have made me feel very confident about meeting with and understanding my drug and alcohol use, I feel a lot better mentally and feel in control of my life and a lot stronger. And I also feel if I need to come back to inclusion Nicki has made it clear thats fine. Nicki has been very helpful and I'm glad I've had her as she has been very supportive.

Hi there

It sounds like Nicki has been a huge support for you. Ill certainly let her know. And you are right, our door is open as for some people they need more help a little bit further down the line. Its really good to hear that you recognize your self that you have made good progress. Well done to you and I'm sure things will continue to go in the right direction for you.

Take advantage of everything out there in the community as well to help you with your recovery, there is plenty to do and get involved with.
