What could be improved

Shame I had to walk through an ashtray to get to the main entrance. Dispite the signs there appears to be zero enforcement of the no smoking on site rule. If you cannot enforce the rule provide a shelter away from the entrance! The main entance is a disgrace. Secondly, I understand MRSA etc is passed by hand contact. In the 30 minutes spent in the coffee shop not one person entering the hospital used the handwash, including the medical staff. What is the point of allowing entrance without compulsory handwashing! The dispensers are not prominent enough. New visitors are looking at direction signs, not miniature warning signs about washing. You need enforcers at the door, or install turnstiles!

Comme on NHS get the preventative stuff right.
