"Excellent Care Experience"

Went to a 2nd colposcopy clinic appointment at Birmingham Womens Hospital, and yet again had excellent care. Again the doctor and assisting nurse caring out my colposcopy was excellent, the right balance of informing and professional yet able to provide as relaxed an atmosphere as possible for what, I already knew, was going to be an uncomfortable procedure. The same HCA, Jill, who I saw at my first colposcopy appointment was there again, and again she was reassuring, kind, friendly. Considering it is a not very pleasant procedure to have done, Jill’s behaviour went a long way to making it more ‘comfortable’!
