I am trying to arrange to visit a patient with a broken hip.
It is not clear from your website or your telephone options how to find out where in the hospital a patient is located and what your visiting hours are.
NB I have not actually visited yet. A heading on visiting would probably help.
NB the star ratings above should be ignored ad I haven't visited yet
