What I liked

The staff. The staff were very friendly, caring and approachable. I called in the morning to ask a question and found the member of staff at the end of the phone as friendly as the staff i met in person.

I was seen on time and the nurses took care to talk me through what was going to happen. All in all they made the procedure that i was dreading much more bearable.

The department seemed to work in harmony with one another and the atmosphere was calm. The resulting effect was me feeling calmer.

What could be improved

A bit more information about the possible results of the biopsy from the consultant.
