"Paediatric A&E and ambulance service"

About: Northwick Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

Our 3 year old son had a febrile convulsion and was brought to Northwick Park by ambulance.

The staff who attended were superb and explained everything clearly.

The doctor in paediatric A&E was reassuring and again explained all very clearly ensuring full examination and assessment.

The staff were efficient and we were seen and discharged within 3 hours and given information leaflet and clear discharge summary.

Cannot fault the care in anyway and am v grateful for all care and attention during this highly busy time of year .

I will share your comments with the team who will be delighted.
