"Tuesday evening cardio rehab classes(physio)"

I would like to say a big Thankyou to all the staff who run the Tuesday evening cardio rehabilitation in the physio therapy department Ormskirk hospital that I attended from November 2017 up to

January 2018.

These classes have given me the confidence back after my heart scare that lead to me having a stent fitted.

I liked that any concerns I had I could either ask them on the night or ring them I also think the drop in service is excellent idea too now that I have finished my classes if I have future concerns .

All the staff who helped and supported me were lovely and always happy and friendly and had a good sense of humour too .

I would definitely recommend you attend these classes and complete them all as we had some good health and advise talks too, even a relaxation class which was brilliant.

I like the group meeting afterwards having a hot drink too.

I have attended this hospital for different clinics and wards over the years and have always found it a clean, caring , friendly environment .
