Having just visited the hospital I found it quite a problem in finding exactly which building I should be in. I had an appointment at the Breast Clinic went to the main reception and was directed to the Renal building. I saw the Doctor there and was then sent back to main building for various tests. The Department was not very well sign posted, and I discovered I had to go
through the cafe to reach the clinic. After tests I then had to return to the Renal building.
Why can't it all be contained in one place ?
For those of us over a certain age and with poor mobility, it makes what is a stressful time, even more so. The poor weather on the day didn't help, having to go in and out of the buildings
However, I would like to add that all the members of staff were wonderful and more than helpful.
Sincerely
Jill
