What I liked

Very little positive things to say about this hospital. This is a horrible and depressing place.

What could be improved

The A&E should be closed as it gives a false sense of security. It is slow and depressing and seems like the reception staff are slow and inept - most of them cannot type to save their life.

Change reception staff to actual nursing staff and instead of this glass panelling it;s layout should be more informal and seating a lot more comfortable.

Anything else?

The worst hospital I have attended in UK and I have lived in good few cities.

Maybe the best thing is to close the hospital down so it does not give us a false sense of security.

In 2004 I came in my son was having fits and the triage nurse was just walking around. After 20 minutes I left with my child and drove to King George in Goodmayes where when the staff saw my son's situation they immediately took him in and called the doctors to immediately put him to sleep - he was only 6 weeks old. God knows what damage was done to my son because of Newham's ineptitude.

We live in Newham but we drive all the way to King George in case of emergency - this hospital should be closed.
