"Dedicated, professional and friendly staff."

Having been admitted to the QE this weekend, I only have respect and admiration for the wonderful staff.

From being picked up by NE Ambulance within 5 minutes of a phone call, being treated superbly by the crew; straight through to A&E where the care and attention were second to none; and finally the 1st class care received in EAU - couldn't fault a thing.

All staff were professional, friendly and dedicated throughout - despite the immense pressure they were under.

I realise the BHS is under pressure and possibly the speed of my treatment may have been different but, whatever the political or financial pressures, I defy anyone to question the dedication of the staff at the QE.
