"Always made me feel I matter"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as a service user),

The IBD team at the RAH, Paisley are amazing. They are a credit to themselves and their profession. Personally, I do not know what I would do without the access to their helpline and the wonderful support and follow up care, they provide. 

They have always made me feel that I matter, and that there are always different avenues to go down, in terms of treatment. 

They are fantastic role models for anyone wishing to go into their profession.

It is always really rewarding for staff to know that the care and attention they give to their patients helps to support patients through what can be a very difficult journey.
