"GPs not bad, receptionists and admin terrible"

Doctors good. It's the receptionists I have a problem with. Not helpful and begrudge any interaction with patients.

My son is waiting for a GP report to go back to the DVLA to apply for his driving licence back following brain tumour surgery. All forms were filled in by his GP on 16th Jan. DVLA contacted us to say they've asked several times for the report but nothing back as yet. Admin told us the report hadn't gone back until 29th by 2nd class post. It had been sitting on their desk, yet again. He can't work until he gets his licence back. We don't really need any more hold ups please. This year has been bad enough.
