"A+ treatment, its clean safe the staff..."

What I liked

i had a very accident in 2008 fell in my garage into some glass and cut all my dendents my ulnar artery and ulnar nerve. I live 15 mins away and walked into a & e and was seen in seconds had pain relief and a consultant with in 25 mins and was on the ward and been cared for within the hour. My surgeon came and explained to me what i had done and how they were going repair as much as they could. i had a further operation on the arm 3 days latter and are going to have another one in few weeks. My after care has been amazing the staff should get paid more for what they do. I am been seen by more than one highly regarded consultant. I think the buildings and general layout of the hospital is improving every day. New cross Hospital saved my left hand and my life i am receiving there care even now for nothing. They have cared for my family and friends. I have seen and been to other hospitals and seen very dirty areas, lazy staff and general but at New cross its clean the staff are so nice and helpful. If we lived in the USA we would have to pay for this level care.
