What I liked

we attended the A&E department on a Tuesday evening at 6pm it was very busy,it was my 90yr old mum who needed attention for a cut head after a fall, she was treated with the greatest respect at all times her dignity was respected at all times, as she suffers from severe dementia, it means a lot to the family?she came in by ambulance, treated and went home by ambulance. Thankyou to all staff on duty at the said time!!!!

What could be improved

maybe less wait for a ambulance!
