What I liked
The hernia procedure was done efficiently. All staff were helpful, professional and considerate.
What could be improved
No real improvement to suggest.
I recognise that all the paperwork is necessary, and sympathise somewhat with the amount of time staff have to take up doing it.....
Anything else?
As hospital experiences go, this was probably as good as it gets.
