I have to say I am happy with the service I receive from staff here. The receptionist is always lovely and polite on the phone and nothing's too much trouble. She's a great receptionist.
The nurse is friendly. Always takes time to listen to you, down to earth and encouraging (try her for smoking cessation!)
And my GP is great. He always listens to my concerns and I have never not received a call back from him with the triage service. If I need to see him during a phone call then that is arranged.
