"Turned away from emergency treatment three times"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

My boyfriend needed to be treated for chlamydia, so we went to a walk in and wait at the walk in centre, they couldn’t prescribe the liquid form so they told us to go back to the hospital later that day. We got there a little before 6-30 and they said it was shut. But clearly says that they close at 7pm outside the door and on the website. After negotiating he got to speak to someone only to get told to come back the next day to any place that’s closer. We went to the walk in centre and they told us we couldn’t be seen, I explained to them what happened and they told us that we had to go for a walk in and weight even though he’s already got tested. They told us to come back for another day. This is extremely bad barring in mind we didn’t tell reception what the medicine was for. He needs treatment and it’s juat getting put off if they leave it any longer he’s going to get bad symptoms.
