"Our experience in A and E on Thursday 1st February"

I had to visit A and E on the 1st February with my daughter, Laura, who was suffering from severe head and neck pain.

We were treated with the upmost care and understanding by the doctor who treated her. He explained every stage of the tests he was doing including bloods, urine tests and pain relief and instilled in us a feeling of confidence in the treatment and diagnosis. We then saw a nurse who administered an intravenous antibiotic drip, again showing care and understanding.

Both the doctor and the nurse did an amazing job on what was an extremely busy evening in A and E and we cannot thank them enough.
