About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as a service user),

I had my first course in 2016. I saw Steve S. I was initially (briefly) worried he was a man and wouldn't understand. He helped me to think about me and what I wanted from life. I made the decision to end my marriage after over 30 years. I then had another course in 2017. he has helped me to understand me and that I am not different or weird.

After the first curse In felt he let go of my hand and pushed me into the world, after the second course I felt ready to graduate and embrace life. Steve was so empathetic and understanding without any judgements or opinions.

The whole experience with Inclusion and Steve is something I will consult in my memory together with coping techniques Steve recommended. A big thank you I feel is not enough!!
