What I liked

His care in A&E was excellent even though the department was very busy. Everyone was bright and cheery...how do they do it?!

The staff on the Acute Medical Unit L were cheerful, helpful and very tolerant!! Not an easy place to work.

It was also very impressive that a gastroscopy can be done on a Saturday.
