(as a service user),

My therapist was amazing, related to me, laughed with me, grieved with me, and thought me so much.

MY only difficulties were with the organisation itself. IMW fobbed me off, and were very inaccessible to communicate with for someone who had severe anxiety! A place designed for those with mental health problems should have a range of accessibility options (Eg. email, text) and receptionist staff trained in recognising and assisting someone who is struggling to communicate with them.

Hi equuleussp49. Thank you very much for providing us with feedback. It sounds as though you had a positive relationship with your therapist, and that you learnt a lot within your therapy.

I am however, sorry that you feel that there was poor communication. I will feed this back to our operational lead to see if we can do anything to improve the situation.
