"The best treatment possible"

My six-month old grandson suffered a head injury owing to my carelessness while boarding a train at Broughty Ferry. Every single member of the ambulance and A & E services that attended to him in Dundee was professional, personable and caring in exactly the way needed at such a difficult time. We felt completely confident that our precious little boy received the best treatment possible and were bowled over by the staff's containment of our distress. A huge thank you to everyone concerned.
