"Urology Reception"

About: Royal Surrey County Hospital / Urology

I was an out-patient and had an appointment last Saturday for a routine cystoscopy . The young man on the Dept Reception was most helpful and courteous . He explained there would be a delay due to an A&E problem .

He fetched and served tea and coffee to those waiting ( 5 or 6) . His consideration for the out-patients was matched by the clinical staff who undertook the examination.
