"Long wait for orthopaedic bone scan referrals"

Took my friend for an orthopaedic surgical procedure end of January 2018. He was on the admission ward at 0730hrs and was told at 1000 hrs that there was no beds in the hospital.

Thus the operation was cancelled. Appointment date was given for 2 weeks time for the operation. After one week, he was informed that the surgery was cancelled and he needs a bone scan. Followed this up and no referrals have been made for the scan. Still waiting in agony. We had to give him a lift to the hospital as he has difficulty walking and in constant pain. However the nursing staff on the admission ward were very helpful and kind.
