"Outpatient Treatment great"

I injured my knee last week on holiday. Saw my GP on Monday. Referred to King's Mill. They phoned yesterday with an appointment for this morning. I arrived a little early and was seen within half an hour. They apologised for keeping me waiting, but it was only about 10 minutes. Consultation, X-ray and further consultation were all completed by one and a half hours from arrival. All staff were pleasant, friendly competent. Thank you all for being so helpful, caring and giving me all the information I needed as well as making the experience a good one.
